	Deep Tissue/Sports Massage Deep tissue and sports massage is focused accessing the soft tissue of particularly stressed muscle groups deeply and effectively.
	Therapeutic Massage Therapeutic massage focuses on particularly stressed muscle groups deeply effecting them and melting away soreness. In this therapy stretching, heat, trigger point, and other techniques may be utilized. This is most effective for injured soft tissue.
	Hot Stone Massage Hot stone massage is an experience that will leave you saying “Wow!”. Utilizing Swedish massage techniques with hot stones will leave you relaxed and rested.
	Foot/hand Reflexology Reflexology targets the entire body where the nerve system ends, in the feet and hands. This powerful method of rejuvenation stimulates the body into healing action.

	Medical/Orthopedic Massage Medical massage focuses on injured, or damaged muscle groups bringing effective, long lasting relief, repair, and new vitality to them. This therapy includes stretching, heat, trigger point, myofacial, shiatsu and other specialized techniques to restore muscle tonicity and allow muscles to repair and work for your again. *Therapists for this treatment have more extensive training. Most often Medical massage is prescribed by a medical doctor.
